It looks at 4 parents and how they have made parenting mistakes, mostly due to the way they were parented, and the changes they have made to rebuild their relationships with their children, and includes commentary from well known and respected parenting experts, like Maggie Dent, Dr Billy Garvey, Lael Stone and Nathan Wallis.
